7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TALENTPULSAR, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talentpulsar and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
