This documentation covers the core TalentPulsar hiring workflow, from account setup through assessment release, candidate access, candidate submission, and AI Assistant configuration.

  • Hiring managers: start with account setup, then create jobs, configure assessments, invite candidates, and review access requests.
  • Candidates: start with account setup, then open assigned jobs, import assessments, complete work, and submit.
  • AI Assistant users: configure API keys before relying on provider-backed assistant features.

Production screenshots are intentionally not embedded yet. Add screenshots only after final UI copy and flows are approved to avoid stale captures.
